Quartz Hill Driving and Traffic School – Terms of Service Effective Date: November 5th, 2025. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quartz Hill Driving and Traffic School’s (“we,” “our,” or “us”) driver education, traffic school, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services. 1. Service Overview Quartz Hill Driving and Traffic School provides driver education courses, behind-the-wheel training, and DMV-licensed traffic school programs. Our Services are intended to help individuals meet state driving requirements and improve their driving knowledge and safety. Use of our Services is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 2. Eligibility To register or participate in our courses: You must meet the age requirements set by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for minors under 18 years of age. Providing false information or misuse of our Services may result in termination without refund. 3. Privacy and Data Usage We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Fees are non-refundable once a course has begun or course access has been granted. Rescheduling behind-the-wheel lessons requires a 48-hour advance notice to avoid a rescheduling fee. Failure to pay any required fees may result in denial of course completion certificates. 6. Certificates and Completion Completion certificates (e.g., DL 400C, DMV traffic school certificates) are issued only after all coursework, testing, and payment requirements have been satisfied. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the student or third-party systems. 7. Intellectual Property All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of Quartz Hill Driving and Traffic School and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. 8. Account Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate student access for non-compliance with these Terms, dishonest behavior, or disruptive/unsafe conduct. Termination may occur without notice in severe cases. 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quartz Hill Driving and Traffic School is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services. We are not liable for DMV processing delays, driving test outcomes, or user errors. 10. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. 12.
